Global groan in 3... 2... 1.... Mr. Ishikawa is some higher-up at the school, hence the 'sama'. Didn't know what sort of person would write such a request so I just went with "[name]-sama" as a safe alternative. I suppose I could have had the janitor/mechanic/maintenance person write the letter but I figure Janitors don't write request letters for teachers to do 'bizarre' work.
