Another new character! Noriko is a pen pal Seiko began corresponding with in her freshman year. Noriko is roughly 20 years old and lives in the Kansai region of Honshuu. As such, she does speak in Kansai-ben to some degree. She is apparently an idiot.

I couldn't think up a good way to represent Kansai-ben in English so I just liberally applied slur-contractions. I hope that's roughly a good approximation of Kansai-ben. I apologize either way.

There may or may not be more of Noriko. We'll see.
