Even though it was legally banned in Japan in 1947, some still agree with and employ use of corporal punishment (infliction of pain without intent to cause injury). I guess Principal is one of them. I guess this spells out disaster? Or will Senou intervene somehow?

For the record that "pissed off royally" bit isn't dialogue, it's essentially the 'sound effect' for Senou and his apparently visible aura. Madoka's expression is supposed to be a "broke, awaiting fate" sort of emotion. Something you can't quite emote and makes you appear a tad glazed over.
